Repairs include:
- 5 Point visual and measurement die inspection
- ICR-Inspection Cost Report is created for customer repair approval
- Replacement of missing hard face such as nibs, buttons, carbide tiles segments and solid hard face rings (Tungsten, Tic, or Stellite)
- Hard face repairs are made with equivalent hard facing material. This will increase die life with out compromising the integrity of the die
- All dies are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned
- In-house brazing
- GCS insulation base rings for improved temperature conductivity
- Wire EDM cut to exact size and profile of holes
- Precision ground with flatness and parallelism
- Bolt holes and heater holes
- Resin approach repairs on the die
- Oil and electric dies
